I don't remember my username

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset your username other than by contacting us for support. However, if you don't remember your username, you can try the following first:

1. If you are logged in, then navigate to the profile settings screen. You can do this by tapping the three white dots on the top-right of the app's screen. Here, you can view your username.
2. If you are not logged in, then open the app and tap the "Forgot Your Password" button on the log-in screen. Then use trial and error: enter the email address that you think you registered with. If you see a pop-up message saying "Invalid email address", then the email you entered is not active in our system. You can either A) try a different email address, or B) try creating a new account with the email address you just entered.

Note: a separate but related issue is activating your account. Please ensure you have activated your account after you create your account, or you will not be able to log in.
