If you are unable to log in, please make sure you have both registered and activated your account. If you have not activated your account yet, you will not be able to log in.
If you have registered and activated your account but cannot log in, then please choose the “Forgot Password” option from the log-in screen. Enter the email address that you registered with. One of two things will happen:
- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the steps, and then try to log in to the app with your new password.
- You will see a pop-up message saying “Invalid email address”. If you see this, then the email you have entered is not active in our system. Please create a new account with this email address, and make sure to click on the link in the activation email once you successfully register. Then try to log in to the app again.
