Activating my account

Once you have completed all the required registration steps, you will receive an activation email to the email address you registered with. The activation email typically gets sent out immediately. When you receive the email, you must click on the activation link in order to activate your account. If you do not click this link, then your account will not be activated, and you will be unable to log in.

When you click on the activation link, it will bring you to a web page. You do not have to log in on this web page – you will be able to open the mobile app and log in successfully on your phone.
